General People Pattern House, Kentish Town

Pattern House sits within Highgate Studios on Highgate Road, a Victorian wallpaper factory built in 1883 and now a creative campus in the heart of Kentish Town. General People opened Pattern House as a dedicated flexible workspace for creative small businesses, keeping the building's industrial character while bringing it fully up to date.

Inside, original exposed brickwork, timber floors, high ceilings, and big factory windows fill the studios with natural light. Private offices range from a single desk to teams of 60, with beautifully designed breakout spaces on every floor, free-to-use acoustic phone booths, and air-conditioned meeting rooms set up for video calls.
