Hampstead Coworking Spaces & Hot Desks

Hampstead sits in the London Borough of Camden, a leafy hilltop area of north London known for its Georgian streets, independent shops and famous heath. For freelancers, remote workers and small teams, a Hampstead coworking space offers a calm place to work without the rush of central London. You get a proper desk, reliable internet and a professional address, all a short walk from the cafes and green space that make the area so popular.

The Local Business Scene Around Hampstead

The area has a strong professional community. Creative studios, consultancies, property firms and small tech teams all base themselves here. Nearby Belsize Park, West Hampstead and Swiss Cottage add more commercial energy, while central London is within easy reach for client meetings. This mix of quiet streets and city access is exactly why so many independent workers choose a shared office in Hampstead instead of commuting further afield.

Getting Here

Hampstead station on the Northern line serves the area well, with Overground services at Hampstead Heath and Finchley Road nearby. Bus routes along Haverstock Hill and Rosslyn Hill connect you to Camden, Euston and the West End.

Workspace Options in a Hampstead Coworking Space

Most locations here are designed to flex as your needs change. You can start with a hot desk rental and move to a dedicated desk once your routine settles. Small teams often take a private office, and meeting rooms are bookable for client calls or team sessions.

• Hot desks for drop in working and hot desking days
• Dedicated desks you can leave set up overnight
• Private offices for startups and small teams
• Meeting rooms for calls, pitches and workshops
• Coworking membership plans with flexible desk access

Details Worth Checking Before You Book

Ask about opening hours, guest policy and printing costs. Confirm whether your plan includes a business address and post handling. Check the notice period on any flexible desk agreement, and visit at a busy time to see how the shared areas feel. Parking in Hampstead is limited, so plan your journey around public transport.
