Tell us about them and we will take it from there. Our team runs the shortlist and the viewings. If they sign, you will receive 1% of their annual contract value, capped at £3,000.

Here's how it works

  1. You refer, let's say: Calvin Klein
  2. FlowSpace find the space for 30 people in central London which costs £15k per month on a 12 month contract
  3. You would receive 1% of their year contract value = £1,800 straight to your bank account

Anyone who has never had a FlowSpace account, and any company we are not already speaking with. Friends, former colleagues, companies you know are outgrowing their space. You cannot refer yourself, your own company, or a company you have a stake in.

The short version. You must have a FlowSpace account to refer. You can refer anyone who has never had a FlowSpace account, and any company we have not spoken to in the last 90 days. You cannot refer yourself, your own company, or a company you have a stake in. Attribution lasts 90 days, and if two people refer the same person, the first one wins. Booking rewards are FlowSpace credit, paid 14 days after the booking completes, one per friend on their first booking and one office reward per company. Office rewards are cash, paid 30 days after the deal completes and we have been paid. Cancelled bookings and collapsed deals do not earn rewards. We may pause or review rewards where we see unusual activity. Property brokers and FlowSpace employees cannot take part. Full terms or the customer help page.
