WeWork The Monument occupies floors of a 1980s office block at 51 Eastcheap, on the eastern edge of the City of London a few minutes from the Monument to the Great Fire itself. A double-height reception floor greets members with a staffed, tiled front desk, planted mezzanine balconies and a spiral stair up to an open coworking lounge, and the same floor runs an on-site barista bar. A rooftop terrace on one of the upper floors adds outdoor seating with City of London skyline views, while phone-booth pods, a kitchen/dining area and bookable meeting rooms are spread across the lower floors alongside the private offices.

14 of WeWork's current 1-9 desk private offices are available here across floors 1-4, ranging from four 1-desk rooms (30-32 sq ft) up to a single 9-desk office at 302 sq ft. Each is quoted as a single per-unit monthly price — from £750/mo for the smallest 1-desk rooms up to £7,150/mo for the largest 9-desk suite — inclusive of WeWork's membership model (reception, meeting-room credits, cleaning and building amenities), so pricing is per office rather than per desk, though a per-desk rate is also shown for comparison.

51 Eastcheap sits just off the Monument junction on King William Street, on the edge of the City of London a short walk north of London Bridge and the Thames. Monument Underground station (District & Circle lines) is around the corner, about a 3-minute walk; Bank (Central, Northern, Waterloo & City lines, DLR) and Cannon Street (National Rail plus District & Circle) are both roughly 5-6 minutes on foot. The Tower of London, Sky Garden and historic Leadenhall Market are all within a few minutes' walk, with plenty of City restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby.
