FigFlex THE BULB, Bargate

FigFlex THE BULB occupies Frobisher House at Nelson Gate in Southampton, directly opposite Southampton Central Station and part of the landmark "Bulb" development. The seven-storey Grade A building underwent a £3.5m refurbishment (completed 2023) that added a sleek branded reception, new landing areas, upgraded washrooms and a state-of-the-art meeting room, and the site is known locally for its 1,005 sqm carbon-absorbing exterior mural by street artist Nerone.

Seven private offices are available now, ranging from 1-desk to 240-desk suites (roughly 41 to 12,000 sq ft), with all prices quoted monthly in GBP and based on a 12-month commitment; managed or conventional terms can also be arranged.
