The Trampery Tottenham, Tottenham

The Trampery Tottenham is one of the most historically significant workspace buildings in North London, a Grade II listed building constructed in 1901 as the headquarters of the Tottenham District Light, Heat & Power Company, filled throughout with carved wood, stained glass, moulded plasterwork, and mosaic floors that give the refurbished interior a warmth and character that purpose-built offices simply cannot replicate.

Developed in association with the Mayor of London as a landmark facility for Tottenham's entrepreneurs and community organisations, the building offers 30,000 sq ft of workspace across 39 studios for teams of 3 to 45 people, 48 hot and dedicated desks in a newly refurbished shared workspace in the building's historic eaves, two meeting rooms and event spaces, free on-site parking, and the on-site GINA's café providing breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. Prices are intentionally kept as low as possible in line with The Trampery's mission of inclusive entrepreneurship. The community of over 200 members includes charities, social enterprises, creative businesses, and impact organisations, and the weekly members lunches, cinema nights, treasure hunts, and wellbeing workshops give the building a social energy that extends well beyond a regular office.

Tottenham Hale is a ten-minute walk with Victoria line services direct to central London and National Rail and Stansted Express connections, Seven Sisters is twelve minutes for further Victoria line access, and the High Road bus routes give strong local connectivity. The area's independent restaurants, Tottenham Marshes, and the Lee Valley Regional Park are all within reach for lunchtime, and the neighbourhood's ongoing regeneration makes this one of the most dynamic places to be based in North London right now.
