WeWork Medius House, Soho

Medius House is a converted Victorian music-publishing building on Sheraton Street in Soho — sheet music and a grand piano still greet members at the entrance, a nod to the building's history. The red-brick facade with arched ground-floor windows and the "MEDIUS" name carved into the stone band gives it a distinct presence on the street, while inside, exposed brick and large bay windows carry the character through. WeWork occupies and fills the entire second floor here, running it as a tight-knit, creative-leaning community — PR firms, media companies and sports-brand startups are typical members — with a 12-person screening room among the shared spaces alongside open coworking tables, a stocked kitchen/pantry, and two bookable meeting rooms.

The building currently lists 12 of WeWork's small 1-9 desk private offices, ranging from 2-desk to 6-desk suites (72-210 sq ft). Each is quoted as a single per-unit monthly price from £1,890 to £6,780, with WeWork's membership model (building access, community events, meeting-room credits, etc.) bundled into that price rather than billed separately per desk.

It's a short walk from Oxford Street's shops, cafes and restaurants, and about seven minutes on foot from Tottenham Court Road Underground/Elizabeth line station (per WeWork's own building copy) — with Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus Underground stations both within about half a mile. Soho's dense grid of streets means the walk can wind around a block or two rather than run in a straight line, but the area is extremely well served by bus routes along Oxford Street as well.
