Spaces Liverpool Street, Bank

Sitting in the heart of the City of London, Spaces New Broad Street House puts you a few steps from Liverpool Street station and right in the middle of one of the world's most influential financial districts.

The building is surrounded by the Broadgate estate, home to some of the most recognisable names in global finance and professional services, and the energy of the neighbourhood is matched inside by Spaces' signature approach to workspace design, where bold interiors, vibrant common areas, and a strong community programme give the day a rhythm that a conventional office rarely achieves.

The on-site café and barista bring the morning to life, and the suspended ceilings, raised floors, and well-considered layout across the floors make the practical side of the day just as smooth. When you need a break, Finsbury Circus and Finsbury Square are both within a short walk, offering a genuinely pleasant lunchtime option in the middle of a busy City day.

Moorgate and Bank stations are also nearby, giving the location excellent Underground connectivity beyond Liverpool Street, and the Old Spitalfields Market, Leadenhall Market, and the Barbican are all within easy reach for after-work plans.
