Studios are blank-canvas spaces for businesses to design, furnish and operate as they wish, whether as an office, warehouse, workshop, or creative studio. The building houses a floating podcast studio (a soundproofed shipping container suspended above the café), a photography studio, four meeting rooms, a café and lounge, and a communal Resident Social Calendar with regular events and workshops.
