The Workplace Co. Thane Works, Finsbury Park

2-4 Thane Works sits in a small light-industrial/studio estate off Thane Villas in Holloway, N7, on the Islington side of Finsbury Park — Companies House records show the estate has hosted a mix of independent creative studios, workshops and small businesses (units numbered 1 through at least 16, plus lettered sub-units like 4a/4c/4d/5a/5b/5d/6b) since at least the 1980s, consistent with a converted works/factory building rather than a purpose-built office block.

Unit 6a offers one private office for 20 desks across 1,146 sq ft, available now, quoted at £4,721 per month (£236 per desk); the term on the source sheet is 1-5 years. All prices are monthly in GBP.

Finsbury Park (Piccadilly & Victoria lines plus National Rail) is the nearest major interchange, roughly 0.5 miles away (verify walk time); Upper Holloway and Crouch Hill (London Overground, Gospel Oak-Barking line) are also within walking distance (verify).
