Workplace Plus Hatton Garden, Chancery Lane

Treasure House at 19-21 Hatton Garden is a Grade II listed Portland stone office block in the heart of London's historic jewellery quarter, built 1906-07 by David Niven and Herbert Wigglesworth for jewellers Stewart Dawson & Co. Jewellers still trade from the ground floor units (Alistair Stewart, Omoia, Abiba) beneath the ornate stone facade, and the shared entrance retains a period wood-panelled reception with a green-and-white checkerboard marble floor and etched-glass double doors.

Workplace Plus is marketing two fully fitted private-office floors here as a managed product, available now on 3-5 year terms: a 16-desk suite (1,102 sq ft, Floor B) at £9,200/month (£575/desk), and a larger 75-desk suite (4,379 sq ft, Floor LG) at £28,200/month (£376/desk) with its own lit basement lightwell, herringbone parquet and a demised kitchen. Both floors include air conditioning, meeting rooms, showers and basement bike storage.

Farringdon station (Elizabeth line, Thameslink, Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City) is about a 3-4 minute walk and Chancery Lane (Central line) about 3 minutes, per Workplace Plus's and the building agents' own listings.
