Workplace Plus Grafton Mews, Bloomsbury

6 Grafton Mews is a mid-terrace, two-floor mews conversion on a quiet cobbled street in Fitzrovia, just off Grafton Way and Tottenham Court Road. The building has been comprehensively refitted with exposed timber ceiling beams and two large roof skylights that flood both floors with natural light, herringbone oak parquet flooring, and a fitted grey shaker-style kitchenette — a distinctive, characterful alternative to a standard office floor.

Workplace Plus is marketing the whole building as a single fully managed suite: 18 desks across 1,050 sq ft, available now on a 2-5 year term at £12,200/month (£678/desk). The suite includes its own kitchenette, shower and WC facilities and comfort cooling, but has no reception, meeting rooms or bike storage of its own — it suits a single occupier taking the full building rather than a shared coworking floor.

The building sits within about 10 minutes' walk of five tube stations — Great Portland Street, Regent's Park, Warren Street, Euston Square and Goodge Street (per the operator's own marketing; exact walk times not independently verified, verify).
