The Heals Building is a Grade II* listed former factory, department store and art gallery on Tottenham Court Road in Fitzrovia, originally built in 1810 for Ambrose Heal and later a landmark gallery that exhibited Picasso and Matisse. Bought by investor KKR in 2021 and comprehensively restored with developer General Projects, the c.135,000-180,000 sq ft building has been reconfigured into design-led office floors above Heal's own retail space, entered via a new reception on Alfred Mews and a second entrance on Torrington Place, with a landscaped communal courtyard, a ground-floor club lounge and a café bar.
