On Arrival
On arrival at No.40 please press the silver buzzer and our lovely front of house team will let you in. Head to reception - you’ll see the 8ft sign saying “Reception” you can’t miss it! (but some do…)
Our team will point you in the direction of your desks or meeting space, please settle in and make yourself at home.
Break Out Spaces
We have an amazing terrace on the 3rd floor, perfect to stretch your legs and get some much needed vitamin D during your work day.
If you don’t fancy venturing outside, we have a lovely cafe on site. There’s even some day beds for when you need a cheeky siesta…
No Smoking Anywhere at Any Time (the reason why is cool, read on)
This is not a rule for rules sake.
We are located next to the London Metropolitan Archives who hold artifacts dating back to 1067 AD and therefore we cannot risk a fire on site. No one wants to be the person who destroys that!
Coffee
Please help yourself to the coffee from the machines in the kitchenette. The cafe is run by an external operator so if you buy coffee here you will have to pay for it.
COVID Policy
Please social distance at all times and help yourself liberally to the antibac on site. Please also adhere to the instructions given by our signs - we are working exceptionally hard to make sure everyone can enjoy their time here and stay healthy and happy.
