BASE Pinnacle House, Fenchurch Street

Pinnacle House is a distinctive curved, Portland-stone and glass corner building at 23-26 St Dunstan's Hill, in the heart of the City of London's insurance and financial district, a few steps from Lloyd's of London and overlooking the St Dunstan-in-the-East church garden. The comprehensively refurbished, staffed reception and passenger lift serve Category A upper floors, and the surrounding public realm has recently been reinvigorated with new retail and food openings within two minutes' walk. The upper floors are run by BASE as fully managed office suites.

Two private office suites are available now: a 25-desk suite (1,777 sq ft) on the 2nd floor and a 22-desk suite (1,594 sq ft) on the 1st floor, each with its own bookable meeting room. All prices are quoted per month in GBP, with BASE's managed-office model covering fit-out, IT, cleaning and coffee on a single invoice.

Monument station is under 4 minutes' walk (verify), with Tower Hill, Fenchurch Street and London Bridge stations also within easy reach (verify), giving access to the Circle, District, Central and Northern lines plus National Rail into Fenchurch Street and London Bridge.
