Workplace Plus Neckinger Mills, Bermondsey

Neckinger Mills is a Grade II listed Victorian former leather factory on Abbey Street in Bermondsey, built for the tannery Bevingtons & Sons and now converted to ground-floor commercial space beneath privately owned apartments. The building still holds several separate studio and office occupiers behind its yellow-and-red brick facade, and the available suite is a self-contained ground-floor unit with its own street entrance, exposed steel columns and wooden ceiling beams, and solid wood flooring throughout.

One managed office is available now: a 32-desk suite (plus a meeting room) across 2,300 sq ft for £13,700/month (£428/desk), on a 3-5 year term. This is a fully managed, all-inclusive-style quote rather than bare rent — the building's own landlord agent lists the identical unit at roughly £27.50/sq ft/year (about £5,270/month base rent, excluding rates and service charge), so the higher figure reflects fit-out, service charge, rates and management rather than a pricing error.

Bermondsey station (Jubilee line) is about a 5-minute walk per the landlord agent's own particulars, with London Bridge and Tower Hill also reachable on foot (verify).
