Sub800 24 Southwark Street, Borough

24 Southwark Street is a Sub800 self-contained managed office inside the Hop Exchange, a former Victorian hop-trading hall built in 1867 at the heart of London's historic brewing district on Bankside/the South Bank. One of the area's most distinctive buildings, its ornate cast-iron galleried atrium has been carefully preserved and the building now holds over 60,000 sq ft of office and food-and-beverage space, moments from Borough Market.

The available 3rd floor west wing spans 3,738 sq ft with 62 desks, offered unfurnished on a 24-month minimum term. The £50,200 pcm fee is all-inclusive, bundling rent, service charge, buildings insurance, business rates and electricity together with Sub800's managed-office package of remote concierge, curated food & beverage deliveries, weekly cleaning, health & safety onboarding, repairs support and Member's Club access. The floor benefits from manned reception, a lift, cycle storage and an on-site shower, with bookable meeting rooms available in the building.

London Bridge station (Jubilee, Northern lines, National Rail) is about 5-6 minutes' walk and Borough station (Northern line) a similar distance, placing the building at the centre of Bankside's restaurant and retail scene around Borough Yards, Borough Market and the Everyman Cinema.
