TBC.London (Tower Bridge Court) is an eight-storey, roughly 110,000 sq ft (NIA) office redevelopment on Tower Bridge Road in Shad Thames/Southbank, immediately south of Tower Bridge on the Thames. It was bought and redeveloped by FORE Partnership (development manager Landid, majority investment from KKR) as one of London's first Net Zero Carbon workplaces — 100% electric, targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WiredScore Platinum and WELL Platinum, designed by architect Stiff + Trevillion. The scheme wraps a landscaped roof terrace (around 9,000 sq ft) with river and City skyline views around the upper floors, plus a café-fronted 'activated entrance', a ground-floor communal 'urban village hall' and a club room with terrace access.

Three whole floor plates are currently marketed here through joint letting agents CBRE and RX London: the 8th floor (4,588 sq ft), the 5th floor (15,413 sq ft) and the 2nd floor (14,363 sq ft). All three are quoted as 'Not Fitted' — raw CAT A shell space, not a turnkey managed office — with rent shown as on application rather than a published monthly figure (RX London's own floor table quotes rates at £40.00/sq ft and a service charge of £15.86/sq ft on top of the POA rent). No desk counts are published for these floors. If terms are agreed, any resulting rent would be payable monthly in GBP.

The building sits directly by Tower Bridge in Shad Thames: Tower Hill Underground (Circle, District) is roughly 0.5 miles, about a 10-minute walk across the bridge, and London Bridge station (Northern, Jubilee, National Rail) is roughly 0.6 miles, about a 12-minute walk — both distances per the developer's own marketing (buildington.co.uk / nla.london), not independently timed, so treat as verify. Bermondsey Underground (Jubilee) is also within reasonable walking distance to the south (verify).
