The building also houses a boutique hotel and an all-day restaurant, giving the workspace a hotel-like feel alongside its flexible office floors.
14 private offices are currently available, ranging from 4 to 30 desks (165-1,104 sq ft), with monthly pricing from £1,500 up to £13,500 for the largest suite, all quoted in GBP and inclusive of rent, reception cover, cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities and WiFi.
