WeWork 10 York Rd, Waterloo

10 York Road is WeWork's 17-floor flagship tower directly opposite Waterloo Station on London's South Bank — a Grade A, glass-faced building with an angular, neon-lit lobby. It offers open coworking areas, private offices and bookable meeting rooms alongside ten shared and private terraces, including a 16th-floor terrace with a bar and pizzeria (Bar16) looking out over the Thames close to the London Eye, plus a meditation suite, yoga studio, library and a 100-person auditorium. The building runs on 100% renewable energy with zero waste to landfill and single-use-plastic-free operations.

This batch lists 5 of WeWork's current 1-9 desk private offices at the building, ranging from 2 to 4 physical desks per unit (15 desks in total). Each is priced per-unit, per month, on WeWork's standard all-inclusive membership model — the monthly fee bundles utilities, cleaning, business rates, internet/wifi and access to the building's coworking lounges and meeting rooms. No time-boxed promo applies to these London small units.

The building sits right across the road from Waterloo — the UK's busiest station, combining National Rail with four London Underground lines (Northern, Bakerloo, Jubilee, Waterloo & City) — about a 2-3 minute walk (WeWork's own site claims closer to 1 minute; haversine estimate here, not routed — verify). Waterloo East rail station is a couple of minutes further, and Southwark Underground station (Jubilee line) is roughly a 9 minute walk. The South Bank's arts and culture strip — London Eye, Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre — is on the doorstep.
