Studio 31, Lawrence Hill

Studio 31 is a creative office and studio community housed in a stunning Grade II listed period building at 31 Berkeley Square in Clifton, one of Bristol's most handsome and prestigious addresses, with views overlooking the square's beautiful garden directly from every office window.

The building spans 14 offices across three floors, and the mix of artists, jewellery makers, magazine publishers, web designers, film producers, and creative professionals who work here gives it an energy and collaborative warmth that is genuinely different to any conventional office environment. All studios are light and airy with beautiful Berkeley Square views, all-inclusive rent covering utilities and weekly communal cleaning, kitchens and bathrooms on every floor, 24/7 access, a maintenance team, and secure bike storage make the practical side straightforward, and members enjoy 30% off Square Club membership and discounts at local bars, restaurants, and cafes across Clifton. A variety of spaces suits solo artists through to teams of up to ten people, and the building's management team is part of the Quarter Group, the same family behind Square Works, the Square Club, Clifton Hotels, and Racks Bar.

Brandon Hill Park is 0.1 miles away for one of Bristol's most rewarding lunchtime walks, the Clifton Triangle's cafes and restaurants are immediately on the doorstep, Clifton Village and the Suspension Bridge are 0.7 miles away, and Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery is 0.1 miles. The rest of the city is easily accessible by bus from Park Street and the Clifton Triangle directly outside.
