Workspace Lock Studios, Poplar

Lock Studios is Workspace Group's industrial-chic conversion at 7 Corsican Square in Bow, next to Devons Road DLR, offering 90 studios and offices over six floors behind a red-brick facade with large glazed openings and high ceilings. Ground-floor amenities include Franze & Evans' The Bun Café -- visible in both the sheet's and this draft's photos via its mirrored window signage -- a striped-tile co-working lounge, and a rooftop terrace with Canary Wharf skyline views.

15 private offices and studios are available across ground to fifth floors, from a 4-desk studio at roughly 163 sq ft to a 20-desk suite at around 795 sq ft, priced from approximately £660 to £2,540 per month under Workspace's inclusive licence (rent, service charge, electricity and wifi bundled; business rates billed separately). Two 4-desk studios and one 20-desk suite are dated available later in 2026 rather than now.

Lock Studios is a short walk from Bromley-by-Bow and Devons Road DLR (verify exact walking times).
