Workspace Screenworks, Highbury

ScreenWorks is Workspace Group's converted media-and-studio building at 22 Highbury Grove in Islington, opposite Highbury Fields, distinguished by a bold rooftop signage identity and a long history housing production, publishing and design businesses. The building combines period brick frontage with a contemporary glazed extension, and its retro-styled reception -- complete with a vintage-TV studio directory and "On Air" signage -- reflects its media heritage, alongside a co-working lounge and an on-site café serving tenants and visitors.

16 private offices and studios are available now across the ground to fourth floors, ranging from a 5-desk studio at roughly 215 sq ft up to a 35-desk suite at around 1,415 sq ft, priced from approximately £1,170 to £5,310 per month under Workspace's inclusive licence (rent, service charge, electricity and wifi bundled; business rates billed separately). Four meeting rooms and flexible terms are available across the building.

ScreenWorks sits within easy reach of Highbury & Islington and Canonbury stations (verify exact walking times and bus links).
