The Office
Up to 12 people
Description
Upstairs in their middle townhouse, it opens into a warm, sun-soaked room — a large boardroom table at its centre, with a breakout lounge and kitchenette close at hand. A natural host, it’s well-suited to meetings but has just as easily welcomed documentary crews, small gatherings, and makers of all kinds.
The Home
Up to 55 people
Description
Anomalous largest space — a lounge with bookshelves, a kitchenette, a projector room and its own entrance. From corporate away days to private parties, from the couch to the dancefloor. It holds it all.
The Flat
Up to 24 people
Description
Upstairs within their townhouse, The Flat is a self-contained space that feels more like a home than a venue. It features a dedicated projector room that can be opened up or closed off as needed, alongside a kitchenette, private bathrooms, a study, and a lounge.
The Studio
Up to 16 people
Description
Up a set of twisty stairs at 34 Pentonville Road, this creative studio opens up with tall sash windows pulling daylight deep into the room, and wooden floors soft underfoot, tucked just above the chaos of the city below.
The Study
Up to 8 people
Description
At the entrance of 34 Pentonville Road, there’s a small study — cosy and quiet. Light filters in softly, giving it a calm, focused feel, just removed from the pace of the city.
The Den
Up to 3 people
Description
Down a rickety corridor at 34 Pentonville Road, there’s a hidden backroom, a moody hideaway tucked just out of sight. Filmmakers, therapists, podcasters, writers, and small teams come here to create and connect.
