The Shepherds Building is Workspace Group's converted media and creative hub on Charecroft Way in Shepherd's Bush, a former industrial warehouse identifiable by its yellow-brick facade and glazed external walkway/stair tower, home to over 70 studios and offices across eight floors. The open-plan Coterie café serves the ground floor, and upper floors include a 6th-floor communal terrace and bookable meeting rooms with AV.

14 private offices and studios are available across the 3rd and 6th floors, from a 5-desk studio at roughly 213 sq ft to a 13-desk suite at around 532 sq ft, priced from approximately £1,120 to £3,120 per month under Workspace's inclusive licence (rent, service charge, electricity and wifi bundled; business rates billed separately). A handful of units are dated available from September/October 2026 rather than now.
