Freedom Works Fairmount House, Surrey

Overview
Fairmount House is Freedom Works' newest flagship space, a freshly refurbished 30,000 sq ft building in the heart of Leatherhead that opened in February 2026 and carries a genuinely interesting history with it.
The building served as a Red Cross hospital during the Second World War and as a community hub for decades before that, and the Freedom Works team has continued that community-focused spirit throughout, with Meg on the front desk knowing every member by name and a weekly social calendar running from shared lunches and professional events through to the legendary Free Beer Fridays. The building is bright, thoughtfully designed, and laid out to give members a variety of working environments across 27 private offices, 20 hot desks, 7 fully equipped meeting rooms, and a modern kitchen and breakout space, all included under one straightforward monthly fee that covers business rates, utilities, 1Gb Wi-Fi, cleaning, meeting room access, printing, and unlimited refreshments. Access to Barclays Eagle Labs mentoring, workshops, and business growth support is also included for all members.
Leatherhead station is a seven-minute walk, with direct services to London Waterloo making the city accessible in around 45 minutes. The M25 at junction 9 is a short drive, giving straightforward access to Gatwick, Heathrow, Guildford, Kingston, Dorking, and Epsom. Redhouse Grounds sits directly adjacent to the building, giving members an unusually pleasant lunchtime walk for a Surrey business district, and the town centre's cafes, shops, and restaurants are on the doorstep.
