WeWork 85 Broad Street, New York

Formerly the global headquarters of Goldman Sachs, 85 Broad Street is one of the most storied addresses in the Financial District, a 30-storey skyscraper right next to the New York Stock Exchange, with WeWork spread across three floors. The space has a bright and vibrant interior design with a sophisticated lounge atmosphere, inspired by duality and balancing the playful with the professional.

Panoramic views of both the Hudson and East River are a genuine draw, and with more than three dozen conference rooms across the floors there's always somewhere to meet. Bike storage, an espresso bar, wellness room and event space make this one of WeWork's better-equipped FiDi locations. The 2, 3, 4, 5, J, R, and Z trains are all nearby, as are PATH trains to New Jersey, the Staten Island Ferry, and water taxis to Brooklyn. Stone Street's cobblestone historic dining strip is steps away.
