Industrious 215 Park Avenue South, Flatiron

Step out onto Park Avenue South just steps from Union Square Park and into one of Manhattan's most polished flexible workspaces. Industrious spans three full floors, 11, 12 and 13, of a renovated loft-style tower built on the site of the former Clarendon Hotel, with panoramic city views, elegant interiors and a pantry finished in marble and warm wood that genuinely feels like a step up from a standard coworking kitchen.

Drop in for on-demand meeting space, settle into a private office for a team of 1,20, or take a move-in ready branded suite for 15+. Daily breakfast and craft coffee, a wellness room, weekly happy hours and a packed community events calendar round out the day. Eight subway lines (4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, W) converge at Union Square, a Citi Bike station is two blocks away, and the neighbourhood delivers restaurants, shops, hotels, cinemas and a farmer's market right outside.
