GPE The Hickman, Whitechapel

Managed by GPE, The Hickman is a fully managed workplace in Whitechapel, in London's creative East End. The world's first SmartScore Platinum building, this nine-storey, DSDHA-designed block wraps around a planted courtyard and carries a calm, smart, sustainable feel. GPE runs the whole building, so a company can move straight in and leave the day-to-day to the on-site team.

The Cycle Superhighway runs past the door, and buses along Whitechapel Road link the City and the East End. Around the building, the markets, galleries and varied food and drink of Whitechapel and Spitalfields offer plenty for lunch and after work.
