BASE The Tea House, Whitechapel

The Tea House at 5 Prescot Street is a Grade II listed Art Deco building on the corner of Prescot Street and Leman Street in Aldgate, on the eastern fringe of the City of London. BASE runs the self-contained ground floor as a fully managed workspace, pairing the building's historic red-brick and stone facade with a bright, glazed-partition interior — private offices and open desking, a run of meeting rooms, a lounge/breakout area and an open-plan kitchen.

One private office suite is available now on the Ground floor: a flexible 56-80 desk office of 5,289 sq ft with 5 meeting rooms and a dedicated collaboration space, offered at £40,152 per month (£502 per desk). All prices are quoted per month in GBP, and BASE's managed-office model covers rent, fit-out, IT, cleaning, utilities and mail on a single invoice.

The building sits close to Aldgate and Aldgate East stations (Circle/Metropolitan/District/Hammersmith & City lines, verify walk time), Tower Hill station (Circle/District line, verify walk time) and Fenchurch Street station (National Rail, verify walk time), putting the City fringe and Whitechapel within easy reach.
