LentaSpace Coppergate House, Spitalfields

Coppergate House is a seven-storey former Victorian grain warehouse in the heart of Spitalfields, recently refurbished but still carrying its exposed brickwork and original industrial bones. LentaSpace runs the building as flexible private offices, from single desks up to seventy, in a part of east London where old warehouse architecture sits comfortably alongside the area's newer creative energy.

Inside, the mix of raw brick and considered fit-out gives the floors a distinct character rather than a generic office feel. The day moves between four meeting rooms, including a twelve-seat boardroom, a smaller room called The Lanes, and the informal Mill Sofa Meeting Room, with phone booths available when a call needs more privacy. Breakout and lounge areas give some separation from the desks, and showers and bike storage make it a practical option for anyone cycling in. Lifts, air conditioning and round-the-clock secure access keep the practical side of the day running smoothly.

Aldgate East station is a four-minute walk, Aldgate itself five minutes, and Liverpool Street station six minutes on foot, putting several Underground lines and national rail within easy reach. Spitalfields Market sits close by with its food stalls and cafes for lunch, and Shoreditch's bars and restaurants are an easy stroll away come evening. The neighbourhood carries that particular Spitalfields mix of market stalls, independent food and old warehouse streets that feels distinctly east London.
