Storey Club 4 Kingdom Street, Paddington

4 Kingdom Street is the flagship workspace at British Land's Paddington Central campus in W2, with its own beautifully landscaped roof gardens, a rooftop basketball court and a canalside location on the banks of the Grand Union Canal.

The building has been designed to maximise light, space, creativity and collaboration, with Storey Club Paddington Central located within the building itself. Residents have access to lounge areas, booths and benches, a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and filtered water, basement bike parking with lockers, male, female and accessible showers with hairdryers, fresh towels and a drying room, and daily cleaning.

A dedicated Community Manager is on hand Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with 24/7 building access. Paddington station is yards from the door — half an hour to Heathrow, 15 minutes to King's Cross or Waterloo, and 10 minutes to Liverpool Street on the Elizabeth line. The surrounding Paddington Central campus is an urban oasis with floating restaurants, bars and cafés on the canal, a green outdoor amphitheatre and the seasonal Pergola Paddington pop-up, just round the corner from Little Venice.
