1FA — formerly 1 Finsbury Avenue — is a Grade II listed building at the heart of the Broadgate campus in EC2, transformed by Stirling Prize-winning architects AHMM. The redesign retained the original structure while adding retail, restaurants, an Everyman cinema and private terraces, all centred around a stunning atrium featuring artwork by Morag Myerscough throughout.

Storey occupies two units across the building — a 2,583 sq ft suite and a 5,488 sq ft suite — placing businesses at the epicentre of London's FinTech industry, steps from Liverpool Street station, the Elizabeth line, Moorgate, Spitalfields and Shoreditch.
