338 Euston Road sits within British Land's Regent's Place campus in NW1, at the heart of London's Knowledge Quarter — surrounded by over 100 academic, scientific and research institutions, 22 museums, 34 libraries and 8 universities. Designed by award-winning architects Gensler, the building features a double-height lobby with a striking vertical garden in reception, with Black Sheep Coffee next door.

Storey offers a single unit of 2,447 sq ft accommodating up to 41 people, in a light, airy and calming workspace. The building includes a lounge, a dedicated wellbeing room, a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and filtered water, bike racks, lockers, male, female and accessible showers with hairdryers, fresh towels and a drying room, meeting rooms of varying sizes with digital screens, and a manned reception desk. A dedicated Community Manager is on hand Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with 24/7 building access. Residents also have full access to both Storey Clubs at Broadgate and Paddington Central. The campus is steps from Regent's Park, a short walk to Camden, Marylebone High Street and Fitzrovia, and within walking distance of 4 tube stops and 3 major rail stations.
