Kitt — the fit-out and managed-workplace operator, not a letting agent — is designing, building and running a bespoke workplace on the building's upper floor.

One private office is currently available: a 3rd-floor suite of 810 sq ft for up to 14 desks, at £14,000 per calendar month (£1,000/desk) on a 24-month short-form lease. The price is fully inclusive of rent, business rates, service charge and building insurance, fit-out/furniture/branding, electricity, broadband, daily cleaning and waste management, maintenance and an office-management app. Kitt lists the suite as available to lease now, though the physical fit-out is underway and due to complete in September 2026.
