Overview
Hotel Elephant is the perfect place to get inspired, get productive and get imaginative! When you need a change of scene, sofas & meeting space are available to take a much needed break.
Arrival
Access times are 9am - 5:30pm. Please arrive at our cafe (Sidecar Coffee Bar, 5 Spare Street, SE17 3EP) and let staff know you have arrived. A member of our team will be able to show you to your desk and provide a key card for the day. At the end of the day member of our team will come to lock up the space, please make sure your return your key card & coffee card before you leave.
General
You will be allocated one desk to use and this will be your space to use throughout the day. This will be cleaned before you arrive, please leave the space as you found it. It is one desk per person, per day pass, please book multiply passes if you need space for more the one person.

Noise
We are a fairly quiet working space, however, as with all shared spaces, some days will be noisier than others. You can take calls at your desk, but we ask everyone to use headphones to take calls and listen to music. Please do not take calls on speakerphone. Our meeting space may be available for you to use if needed, please ask member of our team.
Dogs
We are friendly dog friendly! Your dog is welcome as long as it is polite and friendly to other humans and dogs. Please keep your dog under your desk whilst you are working.
Security
To ensure the security of the workspace, we ask everyone to be mindful that the front door shuts and locks correctly when you enter and leave the space. There are lockers and lockable pedestals for you to use during the day, please do not leave valuables unattended.
Covid - 19
There is hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available throughout the space, along with cleaning wipes and spray if you wish to use these throughout the day. Your desk will be cleaned by our team before and after your booking and this will be your desk to use for the day.
Please do not attend your booking if you or someone in your household are suffering from Coronavirus symptoms or you are required to self-isolate.

Hotel Elephant's meeting space is located on the mezzanine above the cafe at no. 5 Spare Street. It is available to hire and is ideal for workshops and presentations. The price includes use of a projector, screen, white board and if required, free filter coffee and tea. You will also receive 10% off food in their cafe.
