Workplace Plus operates the fully fitted, furnished 1st-3rd floors as managed office space, confirmed directly by the operator; the building's own reception desk is carved with its name, and interiors pair exposed concrete soffits and services with warm timber joinery, planted breakout lounges and a glass-fronted meeting pod.
