Managed by GPE, The Courtyard is a wellness-focused workplace taking shape on Alfred Place in the heart of Fitzrovia. Great Portland Estates owns and runs the whole building, reworking it into design-led floors that a single company can call its own. Set around an indoor garden, it brings a calm, green character to one of the West End's most creative corners.
