Workplace Plus Colorama, Bankside

Colorama is a new-build, Cat A brick-and-glass office building on the corner of Rushworth Street in Southbank/Borough, just south of the river between Waterloo, Southwark and Borough. The six-storey development wraps a landmark curved brick corner over a fully glazed ground floor and comprises four self-contained commercial units across ground, lower-ground and first floor, run under the Workplace+ (Workplace Plus) managed-office brand with a manned reception and double-height mezzanine lobby.

The available suite on this row is a larger 90-desk managed office spanning 5,559 sq ft, quoted at £37,800/month (around £420/desk) on a 3-5 year term and available now. This is a different, larger unit from the 34-desk/2,995 sqft suite drafted separately for this same building (see missing[]) — the building's four self-contained units mean more than one suite can be genuinely available at once.

Borough, Southwark and Waterloo underground and rail stations are all within a few minutes' walk, putting the building on the Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo and National Rail lines, with Borough Market and Borough High Street's cafes and restaurants close by — verify exact walking times.
