Overview
Runway East Queen Square is a new c.24,000 sq ft flexible workspace at 43 Queen Square, opening June 2026 on what the operator calls Bristol's most prestigious address — a Georgian terrace straddling Queen Square's historic gardens and the city's floating harbour, moments from the Old City and Bristol Bridge. It is Runway East's second Bristol site, entirely separate from its existing Runway East Bristol Bridge location. The building carries the operator's signature warehouse-industrial fit-out (exposed ductwork, terracotta and burgundy tones) behind a period white-painted brick facade, with a private, ivy-clad landscaped courtyard for breakout meetings, events and an outdoor bar.
Three private offices are available from 1 June 2026, all priced monthly in GBP: a 14-desk suite (382 sq ft, £7,280/mo, £520/desk), an 8-desk suite (259 sq ft, £4,160/mo, £520/desk) and a 5-desk suite (183 sq ft, £2,450/mo, £490/desk). Members get free access to the building's meeting rooms (9 rooms plus an 18-person boardroom and phone booths), shared kitchens and breakout lounges.
Bristol Temple Meads station is roughly a 10-11 minute walk (about 1 mile) or a 5-6 minute ride on frequent city-centre buses, per route-planning estimates — exact door-to-door timing still worth verifying. Queen Square sits directly on Bristol's floating harbour with harbourside ferry stops nearby, and the building is a short walk from the Old City, Bristol Bridge and the Broadmead/Cabot Circus shopping district.
