NewFlex The Quad, Binfield South & Jennett's Park

The Quad at ONE Lexicon is a newly refurbished flexible workspace occupying floors of the ONE Lexicon office building at 29B High Street, in the heart of Bracknell's regenerated town centre next to The Lexicon shopping and leisure quarter. The site is run by NewFlex under its 'Quad' brand — a green-toned fit-out with coworking lounges, glass-fronted private offices, a kitchen/breakout bar and named meeting rooms (Ascot, Braccan) — and opened in early 2025 as one of several NewFlex Quad locations alongside Oxford, Cambridge and Reading.

Seven private offices are available now, ranging from single-desk rooms up to an 80-desk suite (desk counts of 1, 1, 2, 7, 16, 20 and 80), with areas from 50 to 3,496 sq ft. All prices are quoted per month in GBP, from £300/month for the smallest 1-desk office up to £29,600/month for the 80-desk suite, each shown with a per-desk monthly rate.

Bracknell railway station is roughly 0.3 miles south of the building, a short walk from the High Street (verify), with mainline services toward Reading and London Waterloo; the town also sits close to the M3 and M4 for road access (verify).
