This is a high profile location, the third tallest building in the UK (if you're interested) therefore we please request the full names and email addresses of every attendee, ideally 12 hours prior to booking time to allow for digital passes to be emailed out, to ensure smooth access to the building.

Emergency Information
Fire Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, you will be instructed via an automatic PA system or a competent evacuation marshal on what action should be taken.
On Hearing the alarm :
• Do NOT use lifts (for safety reason these are not available for normal use when the alarm operates).
• Do NOT collect any personal belongings.
• Do NOT attempt to re-enter the building unless instructed to do so by an evacuation marshal.
• Disperse in the Estate, at least 10 meters away from the building.
• Check every 20 minutes with any security team on the Estate if it’s safe to make your way back or check your SLACK Channel for update and information.
If you discover a fire:
• Operate the Fire Alarm by breaking the glass of the nearest call point.
• Leave the building by the nearest available Fire Exit and proceed to the assembly area at CHANCELLOR PASSAGE (In front of the Post Office)
• Fire Fighting Equipment may be used only if you have been trained and it is safe to do so
If you see a reason why you may not be able to use the staircase in case of an emergency, please do contact our reception team and they will guide you to safety and assisted evacuation via fire elevators.
General Guidance
Should an incident occur, you should always:
Follow directions given by PA announcement, building, project or security staff
Should you be required to Evacuate:
• Leave in a calm manner. Follow guidance/actions from Evacuation Marshals. Lifts will only be available in a non-fire evacuation.
• Move away from the building (to an assembly area if directed) and await further instructions before returning, and or ask one of our security staff member on the Estate.
• Should you be directed to leave the Estate, go to a safe location away from Canary Wharf or home and await further information.
Should you be required to Invacuate (safe point within the building)
• Move away from windows and doors.
• Move towards the centre of the building.
• Remain in location until further direction is given via PA announcements, or Team39.
Should there be an armed attack on the estate
• If you are in your building Do not attempt to leave.
• Your building will be locked down (doors locked, lifts shut-down).
• “Shelter in place”: secure your location (e.g. lock doors) and hide. Put your mobile phone on silent where possible ensure there is an exit.
• Await for further directions (PA announcement, Team39)
• If you are outside your building, do not attempt to return.
• If safe to do so move away from any attackers and leave the Estate
• If not, hide and await the Police
