Coworking spaces with natural light in London are shared desks that FlowSpace marks as having good natural light, so you can work in a brighter room.
FlowSpace is a UK workspace marketplace. This page lists the London coworking desks with that mark, so you can book one. FlowSpace checked the list on 6 October 2026.
The mark says “Good natural light”. It does not record window size, skylights, glare control or a price. A roof terrace is a separate mark, and it is not the same thing as daylight at the desk.
Paddington Works is one Westminster desk on the list, near Paddington. The other desks are in Camden, the City, Hackney, Islington, Southwark, Canary Wharf, Wandsworth and west and south London.

What this list does not tell you
FlowSpace does not publish floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights or anti-glare lighting as separate facts. Do not treat a bright photo, a roof terrace or a glass meeting room as the same mark. If daylight in a particular room matters, ask the space before you book.
Desks that are not in the table can still be pleasant. They are simply not marked good natural light. The wider list is coworking desks in London.
What changed in this guide?
The February 2025 version described windows, skylights, catering and a day-pass price at venues including Fora Waterloo, White Collar Factory, LABS Atrium, County Hall, Mainyard Studios, Second Home Spitalfields, Riley Studios and Whitechapel Think Factory. FlowSpace does not record those details. Of the venues named then, Paddington Works is the one still marked good natural light. The old prices and amenity claims are not repeated here.
